When we chose Tripletail Seafood & Spirits for our anniversary dinner, we expected a lovely evening, but what we received was far beyond our wildest expectations. As we stepped inside, the ambiance immediately whispered of elegance and sophistication, hinting at the culinary journey ahead. They do a great job of creating an inviting atmosphere in a space that is deceiving from the outside. Great large bar seating! Decent sized enclosed patio. Signature triple tail is wonderful! Our server was outstanding and super helpful! Just a solid choice overall!

Stumbled into this elegant, friendly, inviting, and delicious place. Staff was very nice, attentive, super knowledgeable, and enhanced a lovely experience. The seafood was outstanding. Bacon wrapped scallops were great. Crispy bacon with buttery perfectly cooked scallops. The pasta was cooked great and so was seafood which they did not skimp. Stuffed triple tail was amazing. A great find for sure!

We had an incredible dinning experience in Sarasota! As visitors from Minnesota, we were excited to try some fresh seafood and we stumbled upon the perfect spot. The meal exceeded our expectations and the highlight of the evening was meeting the owners, who were so nice and welcoming. We can’t wait to explore more of their restaurants in the future! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Tripletail restaurant as part of the Savor Sarasota menu 2024! We went with friends and sat on the climate-controlled outside patio seating. Very comfortable and spacious. We started with the appetizers. Between the four of us, we tried the spinach salad, lobster bisque, fish camp chowder and oysters Rockefeller. All were very good! Entrees included tripletail fish dinner with asparagus, seafood pasta, lobster Mac & cheese and the tenderloin medallions. We did ask for additional sauce for the Mac & cheese (it started out a little dry) and had to refire the medallions as they were undercooked and medium-rare at first. But after the adjustments, everything worked out perfectly! Then dessert included the key lime pie and seasonal cheesecake. These were wonderful! Moist and creamy. We had a lovey time. My friends, who’ve lived here for 40 years, go to tripletail a few times a month. It’s their go-to place in the area and now I understand why. The appetizers we ordered were phenomenal. I love raw oysters, but not so much oyster Rockefeller... until now. The OR appetizer was the best I’ve had. The service was so friendly - it felt like a neighborhood place where you’re treated like they’ve known you forever. Our server, a guy with long hair, was the best entertainment and had fun humor. The manager on duty was so sweet. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I chose Tripletail for date night and I was so happy with my choice! Perfectly laid back atmosphere and staff. My "Last Ray" cocktail was delicious and I dont feel like I need to say anything about the lobster mac and cheese... I will let the photo speak for itself. I cant wait to come back.

Great restaurant, everything is fresh and one of the best seafood linguine, amazing happy hour. Great bar specials, I recommend sitting at bar Great atmosphere, and bartenders are on point
